Once your payment is confirmed, we begin processing your order. Within 24–48 hours, you will receive an email or SMS containing your USPS tracking number, allowing you to track your shipment directly via the USPS website. We aim to keep our communication transparent so you are always informed about your order’s status.

We understand the importance of privacy when it comes to medical products. That’s why your package is shipped in discreet packaging — with no mention of product details or the website name on the parcel. Only your name and shipping address will appear on the label to maintain full confidentiality.

📦 Contactless Delivery for Your Safety

Our deliveries are 100% contactless to ensure your safety and convenience. All orders are handed over to USPS, and our shipping team uses secure mobile drop-box services to dispatch your parcel. This means your package enters USPS’s delivery network without direct handling.

At the time of delivery, USPS will attempt to drop your parcel at a secure location:

  • If you have a mailbox or parcel dropbox, the package will be placed inside.
  • If not, it will be safely left at your doorstep.
